Refunds for Services. We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:- Refunds will be fully refunded if the products, subscriptions or services are canceled within 3 days before the services or subscriptions were scheduled to be provided. Please use the reschedule feature to reschedule services if needed.
🌟 When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods::

🌟Delivery orders are delivered within 2-3 days for domestic destinations and 3-5 days for outside USA - international destinations once processed from the Product Dispatch Date and Shipping Date Range unless otherwise stated. Shipping confirmation and updates will be made available via email on file on the order.

🌟 Products are made to order where possible via small bath processing and could take 1-2 weeks to process before shipping unless otherwise indicated.

🌟 Orders for Free Spirit Brands products placed outside of the Free Spirit Brands website, i.e. Amazon, Google Shopping etc. may or may not be delivered sooner or later pending the customer shipping settings on the sites at order placement. Exchanges / Returns: We apologize if the item(s) did not meet expectations. Please submit a claim within (3) days of order delivery.
All Free Spirit Brands - Home & Living products damage claims must be submitted with a picture of the product for a return/refund to be considered via email to Returns@1freespiritbrands.com.
Exchange / Return shipping costs - Return shipping labels will be provided on demand upon request. Replacement items back to the customer shipping costs will be handled by Free Spirit Brands.
